Filing!

I have Finished a pile of filing!
This is an event so rare in its occurence, I just had to record it, for posterity.
Amazing.
Now I can go on holiday with my mind at peace.
Hurrah!

Holiday

Am going on holiday next week.  Off to London, for Soul In The City...  this is my holiday this year: camping, in tents, for a week, in London.
 
Well actually I'll be in the Middlesex showground in Uxbridge, so at least it's not in Hyde Park or something.  Should be interesting though.
 
Probably won't get a chance to write anything tomorrow as there will be much frantic sorting out of things that need sorting before a holiday, and Sunday morning 9.30am will see me and Steve take off in the van with all the gear for 11 of us, so the other 9 can get on the megabus down to London!
 
What a holiday...

Spent £20 and have 4 bags of plants to show for it;
Got tanned / burned and now have a fantastic stripey back thanks to a strappy top and a backpack;
Took 92 photographs, all of which worked to some degree;
Had a day off work;
Got all plants planted once I got home;

Singing With the Hallé: part 2

Today in the post I received the form I need to fill in to sing with the Hallé: the privilege is costing me £10, plus about £12 for the scores.
 
But do I care?

Come and sing with the Hallé!
screamed the poster as I walked past the Bridgewater Hall on my way back from not doing my presentation that I nearly busted a gut trying to complete this week.
 
So I shall respond to the advert and let you know what happens!

Presentations

Panic-stricken, (in my head anyway), about my presentation tomorrow (all about going self-employed - I've done so much research this week its untrue).
 
Must eat, must work, and because I have something to do that I don't want to do, all I want to do is go to church.
 
Normally, it's the other way round...
